London golf course poised to scale back to build 1,300 homes

The Sunningdale Golf and Country Club plans to repurpose a third of its links to build homes. London-based developer Corlon Properties proposes a 126-acre subdivision of 1,360 units including mixed-use apartment buildings, townhouses and detached homes.

POWDR to sell Vernon's SilverStar ski resort

SilverStar Mountain Resort will soon be for sale. Parent company POWDR is listing the ski hill along with Vermont's Killington. The Vernon ski hill was purchased by POWDR in 2019 and was the company's first mountain resort in Canada.
