The Rose Corporation partnered with Greenwin/Verdiroc Developments on Newmarket’s 212 Davis Apartments, the first new, privately funded, purpose-built market rental apartment tower in Ontario’s York Region since the 1980s. “We’ve become increasingly focused on the rental market and look forward to more opportunities in that area,” said Rose Corp. CEO Sam Reisman.
